I work  with organisations that have a clear purpose but need help bringing greater structure, clarity or momentum to their work in the world of policy & public affairs. 

That may mean support with public affairs, policy development, stakeholder engagement, senior briefing or wider strategic positioning.

Many groups and charities do important work with limited time and capacity. In that setting, public affairs & policy can easily become reactive. My role is often to help make that work more focused and more useful.
